Stopped here as I was driving up to Miami. I ordered the Mango Tango smoothie and added plant based protein powder to my drink. The employee working was kind and got started on my order right away.As it was being made I checked out their organic market. They had a large selection of healthy snacks and ingredients. I will certainly be coming back to buy some snacks that are hard to find elsewhere in the keys.My smoothie was good, definitely tasted fresh. I will be back soon!

The place is cute inside with some tables and a few couches. There are a random collection of books and some healthy food for sale.And the menu has some great choice. We enjoyed a panini a breakfast bowl and avocado on a bagel.All were a good portion and really tasty.And it wasn't outrageously pricey.If we have time on this trip we'll go back!

Delightful little market and cafe.I bought a couple snacks for the boat day that i couldn't find regularly around the keys. Some delicious plums,organic meat sticks, fruit sticks and some nuts.I also had a smoothie with peanut butter, dates, bananas and coffee that was delicious. The staff was incredible sweet and very attentive.Overall will definitely be coming back for snacks whenever i am in the keys along for a good smoothie, nice ambiance, and toast or wrap :)

We visited this gem of a place recently. My parents are vegetarian and we were struggling to find a good place for them to eat at. After multiple failed meals I came across this place. Everything here is fresh and tastes great. I loved the soup and portobello burger. Everything tasted like a homemade meal.The owners are so friendly and kind. We would love to come back here.

Seriously good!! It's a health food store with a little kitchen in the back. Dont let that throw you!! I am not vegan or raw. Everything was fresh and delicious. Sauces were spot on and excellent. All four is us ordered something different. It was all amazing!!
